Rekey or replace my locks?
If the locks work and you like them, rekeying is cheaper and makes every old key useless. Replace them if they are worn, damaged, or you want a stronger or smart lock.
Can all my doors use one key?
Usually, if the locks share a compatible keyway. If one does not, we tell you and swap that cylinder.
Do salt air and sun affect locks here?
Yes. Near the coast, exterior locks corrode faster and start to stick. A stuck key is often a lock that needs cleaning or a new cylinder, not a new door.
I rent. Can I call you?
For lockouts, yes. For rekeys or new locks, check your lease and let your landlord know first. We can work with them directly.
